Issue: NewspaperX theme panel with WordFence

    I am using WordPress popular theme NewspaperX, a couple of months ago I installed the best WordPress security plugin Wordfence.

    After setting up a High protective setting, I realized that I can not edit NewspaperX Theme Panel (theme customization) settings.

    After trying 3/4, even sometimes 10/12, times the change to be made.
    Why it is happening, which setting should I change in wordfence?

    Hello @odommo and thanks for reaching out to us!

    Try to use our Learning Mode to correct this issue. From the Wordfence Dashboard click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode. Now perform the actions that were causing issues. This will help Wordfence learn that these actions are normal and it will allow them in the future. After you have finished performing the actions, switch the WAF from Learning Mode back to Enabled and Protecting. Now test to see if these actions work correctly.

    after Enabling Learning Mode, I tried that. but still, after reloading or purge all cache, I still see the code.

    Yes, I tried.
    Still, I am having this issue on my site.

    Is it happening for WAF tables??

    If the issue still persists when you disable Wordfence, it would lead me to believe that something else is causing the conflict with the theme. Have you reached out to the theme developer?
