Issue about membership level

    My website has two membership level: Council Member and Member.
    When I change one of the Member to the Council Member, the original data in custom fields in Member were cleared. Please advise me how to solve this issue.

    Do both membership level have the same custom field added? Are you using the Form Builder addon?

    I used Form Builder add-on, and Council Member and Member are two independent forms.

    Hi,

    I used Form Builder add-on, and Council Member and Member are two independent forms.

    You need to make sure both levels have the same fields for this to work. If you can’t resolve this issue, you can open up a support ticket.
