Isn´t working at all / Support terrible

Can´t upload profile pictures on some websites. On others sites at the same server with same permissions it works. Author obligates a paid support to get help. If you don´t want to pay to get help you just get the standard answer “It looks like a server permission issue. I suggest you contact the hosting provider to assist you with the issue.”
