@lpe04 Yes WP-Optimize is compatible with WooCommerce, there should be no issues even if you upgrade WooCommerce to latest version.
Let us know how it goes?

Thank you Harshad.
Is this compatible without having to make any changes in the WP-Optimize settings? I have read blog posts including WooCoomerce’s site that say for caching plugins to work with WooCommerce, you have to add pages to be excluded from caching (Cart, MyAccount and Checkout) in the settings, as well as certain cookies.
Do I need to make any of these configuration settings, or is this automatically done by WP-Optimize?
2) Second question, I have read that I will need to disable javascript minify and maybe even javascript deferment for a WooCommerce site. Is this true?
Thanks!
@lpe04 You’ll have to manually add the (Cart, MyAccount and Checkout) pages to WP-Optimize > Cache > Advanced settings > Exclude urls so that the pages are not cached by WP-Optimize.
2. No, you can keep the Javascript minify and defer Javascript, there shouldn’t be any issues.

Thanks Harshad. Do I need to exclude any cookies as well?
This site https://wpastra.com/woocommerce-website-caching/ has a list of cookies to exclude, but I don’t know if that applies to WP-Optimize.
Thanks!

@lpe04 Yes you’ll have to also manually exclude the cookies from WP-Optimize > Cache > Advanced settings > Cookies
