Hi @3dprintingagency
Could you please provide us with a screenshot of the inquiry, so we can see what you are describing?
Thanks
Try this:
Dashboad > WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced tab > WooCommerce.com sub-page
then ensure “Enable tracking” is unchecked.
“Tracking” includes a “Customer Effort Survey” which is why you’re getting the message.

Hi @agunda ,
You can remove these notifications by disabling the setting in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > WooCommerce.com tab and making sure to uncheck “Enable tracking”, as seen in the screenshot below:

Hope this helps.

So someone at Woo, in their infinite wisdom, decided to make this opt-out. This happened with the latest release.
The WooCommerce Usage Tracking has always been, and still is, opt-in. When WooCommerce is first installed, on the Setup Wizard, the user is presented with this choice:

If the Setup Wizard is skipped, the WooCommerce Usage Tracking will remain turned off.
By design, plugin and theme makers do not receive any usage data from WordPress.org. This allows us to stay true to the spirit of WordPress, giving users complete control of their data.
By choosing to share your data, you’re helping us make WooCommerce better for everyone. By understanding how you’re using WooCommerce, we can create more helpful features, write better documentation, and make WooCommerce a more useful platform.
I hope this provides clarity. Since the issue is resolved, I’m closing this thread. Feel free to create a new one if you have further questions.

Hi! I’m one of the forum moderators on this whole site.
As far as my tone…..seriously? You need thicker skin.
They really don’t and you need to be respectful of others here. You’re not anyone’s customer and all support here is voluntary. You are not even owed a reply from anyone including the plugin support person.
Above was a good reply that I’ll copy and paste like so.

I’ve flagged your account temporarily for moderation meaning all of your replies, topics and reviews will need to be approved by a moderator before anyone else sees them.
If the replies are civil, cool. If not then the replies will be archived and not seen or read by anyone else. Also @ notification does not work for moderated accounts. You can still use them but no email will be sent to the recipient.
Once there’s enough good activity on your account then the flag can be reconsidered. There is no time line for that, just be civil and it will all work out.
