is vertical content carousel possible?

Hello,

I would like to create a page as shown in Content Carousel Widget for Elementor – Unlimited Elements for Elementor (unlimited-elements.com) where Meat, Spaguetti, Vegetables, Risotto show up in a vertical orientation.

While I can understand that the central image is carousel, I cannot find out the widget used for Meat, Spaguetti, Vegetables, Risotto and the settings so that both widgets (center image and these left Titles get combined

I am following the tutorial in the page and this issue is not addressed
