Nope it’s not. That YouTube user has nothing to do with WordPress.ORG and is violating the trademark by doing that. Avoid that YouTube user at all cost.
You can find really good videos on WordPress at the http://wordpress.tv/ That is hosted by WordPress.ORG and is official.

What url do I have connected? I don’t have any url’s connected that I can find, and a domain that I use has WP not WorPress, in it. 🙂
