I’m not sure that you understand the question.
WordPress Multi-Site means that multiple “sites” on a network share the same code base but each has their own database tables.
Hence, there is nothing “per se” to prevent each site activating their own pixel in the site configs.
That’s how most WP Multisite compatible plugins work.
Alternatively, if the plugin cannot be “network activated” can it be installed on a Multi-Site network but NOT network activated i.e. each site owner can decide whether to activate on their own domain?

The Browser pluging says there is a pixel but yellow flag. the facebbok servers say there is traffic but need to add my city…don’t know how to do that.
Otherwise if you still dont know…yes it works..kinda, but I used PixelMySite in the end and it gave me the sme results
