That clearly warns people 🙂 Also I’d make it a non-link personally, leaving off the http, just to prevent stupid. Basically just make sure it’s clear it’s possibly NSFW. I follow the same idea when I’m linking to a site that might be offensive, like anti-abortion or religious extremists etc. Just make sure people know.
