    I have the WP Mobile Menu installed and was wondering if this plugin is compatible with it?

    I just installed WP Mobile Menu on my staging site and no issues for as far as I can see, menu item seamlessly integrates with the mobile menu!

    Can it be put in the Header banner rather than in the menu?

    With the free version you could do this using a WordPress menu widget and then add the menu cart item to that widget. Alternatively, with the Pro version we have a shortcode that you could use for this purpose as well.
