Thanks for reporting this issue.
With new updates, some themes/plugins might become incompatible or use deprecated functions and cause conflicts.
Can you confirm this error is also generated when you only have the default Storefront theme and WooCommerce core active?

However, if the issue is not resolved, in order to further check we would need you to provide us with the following:
1. System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
2. Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

I just wanted to add that deprecated function warnings are not serious and are aimed at developers to encourage them to update the function in question.
You can ask your host about disabling PHP Warnings in the meantime since they do not affect the functioning of your site.
