Is there anything else even under footer.php???

Hi All,
I have my reql estate site. There is something very suspecious? That is a strange error of Jqeury with my template.

There are 70 opening div tags and 71 closing div tags. The extra tag is throwing the tabs function error. I want to ask from where the </div> tag is comming from?.
