Is there a Visitor Add Content Plugin?

Before I have this created I want to see if there is one that is out there..otherwise i will download that and use it.

Basically i want to have it so that my visitors can submit their own content, lyrics, or reviews of products or songs

I wantt a plugin i activate and boom it lets me put some snippet of code in a page.php or the post.php and then in the page or at the bottom of the post there is a place where visitors can Submit their own reviews or content, this of course would then be checked before i accepted it just like comments.
