Is the whitelist being updated?

Testing throws errors on WP All in one migration and Post SMTP, but both seems to work ok under 7.1. Looking at the whitelist at https://github.com/wpengine/phpcompat/wiki/Results only a few plugins have been whitelisted.
Is the whitelist being maintained?
