Is the page version created by super cache?

i am really trying to optimize my page load time
so… thanks for the cool plugin 😉

While testing on pingdom i see that my homepage is loading
“twice” and the second time is loaded at a later time

is this a page created by wp super cache?

My homepage is:
http://www.sagive.co.il

How ever a 2nd page (cached version?) has the url:
http://www.sagive.co.il/?ver=3.0.83c

and also apears on pingdom report, and this version takes 3.24s to load…

Is this a file created by wp-super cache?

Also (less important),
i read in many places you dont want to spend time
giving support for minifying plugins
(and i would not bother you with question about a different plugin <– promise!)

but, is their a reccomended plugin you assume (not gaurntee ;)) works with super cache?
