Is plugin incomplete release

HI Author, I want to use the functionality of this plugin on my website, please let me know that if it is incomplete or still working on this project.

Errors i’m getting:
While activation- “The plugin generated 8 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.”

After activation: “there is problem with loading jquery files”
