Is my timestamp tool working properly?

    Ok so I got it to publish posts at set times but I noticed that the new post wasn’t there until I clicked on Site Admin and then View Site. I have had 2 other IP’s visit the site (bots) – would these bots not of triggered the post ti be displayed?
