You included a link in your first post above. That link requires a login to Google. You need to make it public, that way I can check it out and try to understand whatever it is you are asking about.

Following that URL leads to a login page for Google. That means it is not public. If you are not seeing a login page, then it means you are logged into Google. Try following your link when not logged in, and/or use a different browser where you are not logged in. You will see it is not public.
