    Hi there guys

When visiting my site on my iPhone (juxtalegal.com) with the Jet Pack plugin enabled, I’m receiving a site not found error. This is only appearing when visiting the site on my iPhone – desktop, laptop and iPad work fine. When I turn JetPack off – the site works fine and is perfectly optimized for my phone.

Any idea what is causing this and how it can be fixed please?

    Thanks

I had a look at your site on an iPhone, and it seems to be displayed properly now. Have you managed to solve the issue by yourself?

If you still experience issues, I’d recommend checking your WP-Super-Cache settings, and this may affect how your site looks like on different devices.

    Hi there Jeremy

I deactivated Jet Pack and realised the site started to work on my iPhone. I’ve now reactivated jetpack, but deactivated the Mobile Theme plugin within JP – and it works fine on my iPhone. Maybe a clash between JetPack and my theme? Will this be okay as a permanent fix or are there any cons to having the mobile theme deactivated please?

    Thanks!

It could be, yes. Since your theme already seems responsive, leaving Jetpack’s Mobile Theme module seems like the best solution! You can leave it off, you don’t need it as your theme is great as it is 🙂
