ip camera live streaming

Hi i want put to my website plugins/player that any user could watch the live broadcast, for example an object camera images (sea bridge, city street intersection, a fountain).
I have a DH-IPC-HFW5300C camera.
Seeking a plugin but I can not find any to be able to stream from example http://82.140.132.217:8001
  Maybe you are facing or heard of any plugin?
