If too many failed log in attempts were recorded from your IP on sites using Jetpack’s Protect module, your IP will indeed be flagged. To whitelist yourself, you can follow the instructions here:

I know, but I only logout, I don’t remember that i failed some logins, however, I follow the advice 🙂
If you use one of the WordPress apps for mobile, it might be worth checking that you didn’t enter a wrong password there. It is indeed possible that your phone keeps trying to log in, thus blocking everyone on your home network.
