No it doesn’t i just checked. It must be a google chrome thing strange though.

I just downloaded it fine on Chrome for Android and it downloaded ok and I opened it up to view the PDF. Using Chrome app on an iPhone it downloaded but wouldn’t let me open it (said it was corrupt).
I think iPhones might problems with downloading PDF files. Have you go a PDF viewer app?
Just tried it using Safari as the browser and it worked fine.
