2 days ago invoices stopped being generated for sales orders (Dispatch notes unaffected) The last invoice generated showed 2 VAT INVOICE entries under the PDF drop-down box in Woocommerce instead of 1.
Since then it there have been no more invoices :-0( HELP!!!
This is not a feature I have ever used! could this prevent the creation of an invoice pdf? Its been running fine for over 3 years. A second site is configured almost identically and of the same age and has not issues.
In which screen are you seeing this error? I don’t understand the relation of this error with our plugin. Could you explain better the steps you follow before this issue appears?
Its the order detail page in woocommerce, the PDF builder has a section in there yes? I do not think the printer error is relevant, this is because I accidently tried to print instead of viewing one time.
I have 2 woocommerce sites both of which worked great with the pro version for over 3+ years.
A couple of days ago, one site suddenly stop generating PDF invoices (despatch notes are fine) Maybe its a database issue?
I noticed, the last invoice to work left a second drop down option in the PDF drop down under order details (normally its either Dispatch note or invoice. On this last order an additional ‘invoice’ option is present and from then on, no more working! (see attached image) This may be nothing but just in case.

However, I think you’re using a different PDF Invoices plugin: Ours does not have a dropdown menu as the one displayed in your screenshot.
Please double-check which PDF Invoices plugin you are using (ours is named PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce by WP Overnight), and contact its developers, if it’s a different plugin indeed.
