Invoice sent

Hi
The invoice is only sent to me as site owner. I want it to be sent to the customer at order together with the order confirmation. How to to that?

Hi Thomas,
In the settings under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > General you can attach the invoice to any email that is activated in WooCommerce, you probably have it set to only the admin order notification right now.Hope that helps!

Thanks but can the invoice be included automatically and directly when the customer places the order or do I have to change the order status before it is sent.
The order status should automatically change to processing after payment has been received. If you use a payment method like bank transfer and would like to include the invoice in the email sent with the bank information, that’s the ‘On hold’ email (should also be listed). The free version of the PDF invoice plugin does not send it’s own emails, it can only attach to existing WooCommerce emails. If you need a separate email, you can do that with the Pro version (see: configuring the order notification email).
