    Hello David,
    This is likely to be a WooCommerce issue rather than a PDF Invoice issue. Check your tax settings in WooCommerce > Settings > Tax, where you can set whether you wan to display prices including or excluding tax.

    Note that these settings do not affect existing orders! You will need to place a new (test) order to see if the settings have the desired result.
