Id like to have invoice available and sent only if order is completed (so if order is not completed invoice number would not go up), is this possible, or can you mby lead me to the right direction.

Yes, you will find this in the general settings tab of the plugin! Simply select only the completed order and invoice emails and nothing will be generated unless you do so manually.
