  • Hi,

It looks like you were able to find the solution. I just checked your store, and it now doesn’t allow backorders. If you still see the issue, please let us know.

Just in case, here is our documentation page for managing products: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/

@maykato Thank you, but i have disable backorders, so I don’t understand.

    Hello,

This is what I see on my end – https://snipboard.io/E5S76o.jpg
It says out of stock, and there is no add to cart button. So the product is currently not purchasable. Do you see the page differently? Or if you are referring to a different product, can you share the page URL?

@maykato unfortunately I did not see the problem in the site, only in stock (in admin)

    Hi @honlapdavid

Just to be clear, do you still receive orders of the products that are our of stock? If not, then your store is working properly. On the backend, the stock can be (-) if you manually enter it or previously allowed backorders.

    Hello,

OK, the issue might be caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. To determine what’s causing the issue, can you please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Hopefully, you were able to find a solution to your problem! If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.
