What plugin is responsible for your structured data? I recommend seeking assistance through that plugin’s dedicated support channel.

OK, thanks for your reply, I have solved the problem already. My plugin is Schema Structured Microdata for WordPress. So I have visited the shema settings, then checked Global then I checked on knowledge Graph. That’s where the problem existed. I have found the problem in the organization Url area. It was having the title tag of my site instead of the URL for my site.
