Too hard to tell without some details. Please post a link to screenshots of all your shipping settings.
I don’t have any shipping settings. We have a shipping class called “shipping” that is all we have now.
We do have products pretty much set. But when we fill out the form for testing purposes we get the “invalid shipping method”.

So then that would mean you didn’t setup any shipping methods. You need to go to woocommerce->settings->shipping to set up any shipping methods you want to use.

As you can see in your screenshot that none of them are enabled.
