Invalid Resource Error

    The MailChimp sign up form stopped working since last week with the following error:
    [2019-11-04 22:03:08] ERROR: Form 3908 > Mailchimp API error: 400 Bad Request. Invalid Resource. coun******@zo****.nl has signed up to a lot of lists very recently; we’re not allowing more signups for now

    Hi Andy,

    That error is nothing to worry too much about – it means someone has been spamming your forms (most likely a bot) and thus Mailchimp is ignoring their sign-up requests.

    Regular visitors should not be running into that.

    If you’re seeing that error a lot then I recommend installing WPBruiser to spot the bots from using the form.
