invalid password reset link

Hi, I am having an issue where users are trying to reset their password and after arriving receiving the link, arriving at the rest password page and pressing the reset password button they are getting an error message saying:

“Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.”

Apparently another user is having that problem but did not follow up on the thread:
