Invalid mailbox syntax is used

I have a syntax error, my clients can’t send me a message via the web site…I’ve checked and re-checked…I don’t understand where’s my error…it was working just fine in 6, since upgrading to 7, it doesn’t work…wondering why…any suggestion(s)?
