Hi,
Update your plugin to version 1.4.3 and try if it works. Reply to this post after.
Thanks
Yeah that part is working fine now thanks. However…
Now whenever i try to create a form when i insert say a “text box” if i try and change the “label” Unless what i type has a space in it the words will not appear. IE if i type “name” nothing will appear but if i type “your name” the words show up…
Might be easier if you could login and check it out… This wasn’t happening before. I’ve tried doing the delete all files option in wordpress for this plugin and install it again but it still happens.
Also when i click submit on the form it doesn’t seem to be sending anything.
Even when using the “quick tools” if i click on the “email address” it will go in, but if you try and change the “label” and take the space away (just for an example…) the label disappears from the form.
Hi,
Have you tried clearing your browser cache? If you can create a demo account for me to check i can create a quick patch as soon as possible.
Send your demo account to russellpabon@guiform.com
Thanks
Russell
I sent you one (i think). Feel free to do anything you need to. Thanks.
Edit: response to clearing cache…Yeah i even tried from another computer and it was doing the same.
Send your demo account again please, also what browser are you using?
Sent again. Using chrome on both…will try with IE now.
Edit..sent the website address as well lol.
edit…. Seems to be working with internet explorer…
However when i click submit it still doesn’t send a email. I noticed that before the update the “submit” button would change to “loading” and stay on that forever however now it doesn’t change.
I see the problem now, seems to be that the font “Geneva” was not compatible for chrome if together with GuiForm font icon which explain why the text is not showing. I’ll will release a quick version patch for this in a few hours.
Thanks
ahhh ok. Well i think i just changed some things while you were working on it sorry…. Thought you were done. :/
Marked as resolved…Can’t do that in edit apparently 🙁
