Internet Explorer Images Jagged

My problem is not the degradation of images from compression from a big file or anything like that, it’s more like when you are looking in photoshop and you zoom in that half point and parts of the picture look all jagged.

It looks GREAT in Safari and in Firefox, honestly I didn’t know anything was wrong till someone finally looked at it in Internet Explorer. Even though I don’t use it, I still want customers to be able to see good clean images. Not these distorted things.

Anyone know how to fix this? plugin? Maybe it’s just the way we have it zoomed? Thanks!
