It’s entirely possible that it’s the theme. That’s pretty easy to test; just switch to a different theme for a few minutes.
Of course, IE is no longer supported. Your site works fine on Edge.

Thanks Steven … I agree it’s most likely the Theme, just wouldn’t understand why. As you say, IE is no longer supported so the %age of us uing it must be diminishing through time, but I do get the odd viewer complaining that they can’t access the site.

“Cant access” means “cant connect” ?
MSIE is known to use system SSL libraries, in case complainers are using old IE and old version of Windows (i.e. 7) – they can have problems connecting to your site, because your site does not accept connections using older SSL and TLS protocols.
Your site needs: TLS 1.2 or 1.3, ECDHE support, SHA-2 certificate signatures (so called “modern” suite)
You can ask your hosting support to enable compatability options for old systems. If you are using VPS/Dedicated server, see https://ssl-config.mozilla.org/

Hi Yui
Thanks for responding.
Personally, I have two * Windows 10 laptops, and can’t connect to the website using IE, so the problem is perhaps not exclusively linked to older versions of Windows?
Did you try changing the theme as a test?
