    Hi,

I’m using Woocommerce Services to purchase postage for international shipments from the USPS and noticing that it doesn’t seem to be storing the shipment tracking number. As a result, the customer order complete email doesn’t include tracking information. I’m wondering if anyone else has had this issue with Woocommerce Services for international shipments?

The label purchase event is recognized in the shipping label box, but the tracking number just says N/A.

My Woocommerce Services is version 1.19.0, and my woocommerce is version 5.1.1.

  • Hi @alacritous,

Usually, we see the N/A for the tracking number when a USPS service is selected that doesn’t include tracking.

For your international shipments, which USPS service are you selecting under Rates when creating the label?

    Hi @etiennep ,

I shipped this product via first class mail international. There was a tracking number on the printed label, which I’ve used to track it until it got out of the country. Interestingly, the tracking page on USPS.com says
    Product Information:
    Postal Product:
    Features:
    International Letter
Which makes me wonder if this package has been registered as a letter due to its small weight and low size (10″ X 13 ” X .5″ and 2.8 ozs).

I paid 4.16 for postage, not sure if that indicates which class it was.

    Thanks for your response,
