Internal Server Error issue

Hello.

I have been using WooCommerce on this website for many years but all of a sudden customers are getting an “Internet Server Error” on the Checkout page when they try to pay.

I have tried turning off all plugins to find conflicts, but this did not reveal the issue. All plugins, WordPress and the theme are up-to-date. The only other change was a few months ago the server’s PHP was upgraded. I even tried a slightly older version of WooCommerce to see if that helped, but it didn’t.

Would anyone be able to advise what the issue is?
