  • Hi @sebokmark

Could you please share your website link so we can check if we get the same error?

If possible, please share a copy of your site’s System Status so we can take a closer look. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi @sebokmark

Looking at your system status, your PHP version doesn’t meet the server requirements. I’d suggest upgrading to 7.4 or higher: https://woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/

my clients sometimes got internal server error after checkout. I do not know why i always make order for test it but i not get same error.

Since the issue doesn’t always appear, I’d recommend creating a staging site first and then run a conflict test on that environment to check if the issue coming from a theme/plugin conflict: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Your hosting company may offer staging functionality. If they don’t, you can create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
