Intermittent 404 errors inside the Admin Panel

Till two days back everything was working fine. I didn’t do any changes. From yesterday, once I am inside Admin panle, it gives intermittent 404 errors. Like, when I click on New Post, Theme, Publishing etc. After trying few times I am able to publish and achieve whatever am doing at that point of time. Am not sure what is causing this, is this issue related to WordPress or Hosting.
