Is there any way to make the pictures in the posts full width like in the home page or the header image?

Please let me know.

In another thread I saw that your site is hosted on WordPress.com.

To modify the appearance of images in your posts you’ll need Custom CSS, which is a feature available with the Premium or Business plan: https://wordpress.com/plans
