Interferes with Formidable Forms Signature field

There is a signature field at the bottom of the form linked above.
In the “type It” field the signature is truncated vertically when Autoptimize is activated.
I have added the CSS file into the exclude configuration to no avail.
Any ideas to resolve?

I actually see the same thing when AO is disabled @ttomasini (by adding
?ao_noptimize=1to the URL)?
