Interested in maintaining Custom Global Variables

    Hi,

    I’ve been looking at Custom Global Variables and noticed that it still has several thousand active installations, although it hasn’t been updated for a few years.

    I’m interested in maintaining the plugin going forward, keeping its existing purpose and free functionality intact, and updating it for current WordPress and PHP versions.

    If you’re no longer planning to actively maintain it, would you be open to discussing transferring ownership or maintenance of the plugin?

    My intention would be to preserve the existing user experience, follow the WordPress.org plugin guidelines, and maintain the plugin responsibly for its current users.

    Hello Yutaro,

    Thank you for offering to maintain this plugin.
    Since I haven’t been able to maintain it myself over the years, I’m happy to hand it off to you.
    Let me do some clean-up on my end, add you as a committer, and then transfer the ownership.
    It might take some time but hopefully I can finish it this month.
