Instructor URL changed with every update

    Hi there,

    I’ve created some instructors manually and edited their profile manually as well. But every time I make any changes in the profile of the instructor, and then saved it, I noted that the URL/Link of the instructor changed as well and added a number -2 in every time of change.

    For example: the instructor link is /domain.com/instructor/john

    When I made a change in this profile, it added a -2 number in the URL. It converts to be: /domain.com/instructor/john-2

    Another change: /domain.com/instructor/john-2-2

    /domain.com/instructor/john-2-2-2-2 etc…

    Could you help me to solve this issue?

    I must mention, that all usernames of the instructors are in Arabic. Maybe is that the cause of this issue?

    Do you have any plugins to manage links on your site? We checked on our local server and didn’t get the issue like you.

    Let’s try to disable each plugin on your website to check or use an instructor with an English name to test the change.
