Instructions for Contact Page Setup?

I feel quite foolish for not knowing this…but I can’t find anywhere in the documentation guide on how to setup the “Contact” front portion? It should seem obvious I realize, but it’s not showing up for me on my website that I have it installed in. Everything else is though. I’m sure it’s a setting I’m overlooking. Help? Thanks!
