  • Hard to say from my vantage point, but it appears as if there are NO files on your web site. /public_html/ is the “root” of the web site. In other words, /public_html/test.txt would be displayed when you type http://beallara.com/test.txt into a browser.

To test my theory, create a test.txt with “You are here” in it and put it in /public_html/ then see if you can see it with a browser. That will tell you if your web site is working properly. Then, check for /public_html/wp-admin/ actually being there, too, which would tell you if WordPress has been stored in the right place.
