install.php blank white screen

    I noticed that a lot of other people have this problem, however I can’t find a way to fix it that will help me.

    I just downloaded WordPress. I got to the page that has a button which says “Run the Install” and I pressed it, only to get a completely blank white screen. Please help!

    Where are you installing WordPress? Did you ensure that you uploaded all files & folder – preserving the file/folder heirarchy?

    I’m installing WordPress to my host, FreeHostia. I have checked 3 times and made sure all files and folders are installed correctly.

    I just re-installed WordPress and it is now working perfectly fine. Thank you for your help.
