Installion problems

Just installed WordPress last night and every since then it won’t let me use the admin interface, upload a plugin, or upload theme. Whenever I go to do one of those things a security warning pops up saying: Although this page is encrypted, the information you have entered is to be sent over an unencrypted connection and could easily be read by a third party.

Are you sure you want to continue sending this information?

So I say continue and it forwards me to my website that has nothing on it.
Any suggestions?
