Installing wordpress locally.

I am following the tutorial on “http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/xampp/”
to download wordpress locally.

I made it all the way to this portion

“In your browser, go to http://localhost/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php and everything from there should run smoothly !”

When I opened the link above in my browswer (internet explorer)
I got nothing other than
