Installing wordpress blog into existing cms website / flash

Hi, I am in desperate need of some help here. I have read through tons and tons of posts, but can’t seem to find exactly what I’m looking for. Here is exactly what I’m trying to do, and I’m hoping someone can answer accurately. If your answer is “it can’t be done”, please move on 🙂 I know that it can, or I wouldn’t be posting ^-^

I have an existing website written in cms flash. The layout is the same for every page..home, contact, etc. Each page contains a different layout within the site’s standard layout. e.g. Main page is setup like contact page, but instead of a swf file for the contact (which is the main), there is a popup box which calls the information from an xml file. My coding is not the best, but I can update & edit the coding accordingly. Basically, here’s what I want.

http://www.mydomain.com (now that would pull up the main site aka index.html file. There is only one html file, and I don’t want it to go here. In the menu bar, there will be a link for blog/my corner/whatever I decide to call it. Now, once I click this blog, a box will transition open & expand. Inside this box, I currently have the contact info (im duplicating the page & changing the content). The contact info (content) is pulled straight from the xml file. After I delete the text & form fields in the box, how can I incorporate my blog to show up within these parameters? Basically, a mini wordpress site inside my own template regulated by my currently present parameters/box dimensions. I was hoping for some shorthand code that I could insert in that would call from the info. I could manually type each blog & upload it, but that defeats the entire purpose. I have dedicated hosting, blah blah, so I have everything needed to do this. Just not the know-how!
