Installing within server with upgraded WP error

ACK. I’m having problems. I’m just trying to move my old WP installation from beta.vinoj.com to vinoj.com, but I’ve installed the newest version of WP on vinoj.com. (The other one was 2.0.5) I moved the tables correctly (I think), but the problem is that I can’t seem to move all my posts, because they all reference back to beta.vinoj.com, and whenever I try to go to vinoj.com/wp-admin, it says my database is out of date. What do I do???
